Chinni, Seleme Bugner & Asociados, a consultancy firm specialised in auditing, tax, management consulting and training courses, has a policy of continuous improvement based on the Quality Management principles included in ISO standards 9.001:2008.

According to that, the company partners set the following principles:

  • Offering high quality and value-added services, meeting our clients requirements and expectations, and considering legal requisites applicable and/or those inherent in our services.
  • Developing each collaborator‘s quality awareness, knowledge, skills and attitude, aiming to generate  added value for themselves and for the organisation through continuous learning and training.
  • Continuous monitoring of key organisation processes so as to measure its effectiveness and efficiency, making possible its continuous improvement and increasing our high standards of professional development.
  • Ensuring availability, reliability and integrity of the information about the company and third parties.

  • Improving internal communication effectiveness and efficiency, creating and keeping an environment where people feel commitment to the achievement of the organisation’s goal. Improving external communication, keeping a continuous and personalised relation with our clients.

  • Informing, keeping and revising this Quality Policy as the guiding frame to run the Quality Management System according to international ISO standards 9001:2000, bringing it to the knowledge of our providers, clients and work team.
